모두 정상인데 다운받은 파일이 깨지는 현상이 있는 경우, 디버그를 위해 출력하는것이 있는지 체크 해볼 필요가 있다. 예시) var_dump($file_row); 이렇게 된 부분을 없애면 깨짐없이 다운로드 받을 수 있다. 별거 아닌걸로 이짓저짓을 다해보았다.
